Fantastic stay at the hotel! All the staff were very friendly and flexible. They responded to all our requests and made things easier for us. We particularly appreciated the restaurant service, which offered us some complimentary samples, including Armagnac and its history. I highly recommend it if you're looking to stay in the area.

Overall, a very pleasant hotel. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The rooms were very nice. Regarding the restaurant, the dishes were very good. I have reservations about the desserts, particularly the profiterole. I doubt it was homemade. I eat them regularly in quality restaurants that make them themselves, and here, the choux pastry was rather bland, the chocolate was basic and very small, and the ice cream was also mediocre. Regarding the parking, I have a major complaint. I have an electric vehicle, and the hotel has two charging stations. That's a very good thing. However, the rate of €0.60/kWh is completely exorbitant. Even on the motorway at ultra-fast charging stations, prices are lower than that. This is the hotel's real weakness; on this point, they treat their guests like cash cows. I wasn't paying enough attention before charging to hear the price I would be charged. It would be good to review this point, as well as the communication on how to connect to the charging stations. If I had been dishonest, I could have plugged myself in without telling anyone, the staff wouldn't even have noticed I was plugged in.

Meals on the holiday road trip: excellent quality and service.

The hotel was decent with air-conditioned rooms. I was a little disappointed by the restaurant: the duck breast was a bit dry and the croustade lacked flavor (undercooked and not caramelized).

Stayed from July 3rd to 4th. The staff were very welcoming and professional, both at reception and in the restaurant. Good value for money for the room; perhaps consider blackout curtains for rooms overlooking the parking lot.

The hotel was a bit off our Camino de Santiago route. But it was clean, the furnishings were basic, and the breakfast offered was plentiful.

Superb experience. The Mustang Day welcome was pure bliss.

In the evening, everything was fine.

Very convenient for the track, however, the restaurant isn't great. And especially overpriced for the quality of the food. The cuisine is definitely not their strong point! Don't eat there.
