21/02/2024: A customer for many years, I mainly buy corn bread. Recently this has changed, a lot less salt than before. They explained to me that they had changed the flour and that it was not salty. So they have to add the salt. The two previous breads purchased were not consumed because they were really not good. Also a few days before I had bought two corn breads and only one was corn, the other was white bread. I reported these problems by telephone before returning to the bakery. No one offered to replace the bread. Not to mention that I paid the (quite high) price of two cornbreads and only got one and two other cornbreads which were not eaten because of the taste. It’s a shame we’re not more commercial than that. I will take my habits elsewhere from now on.
