Excellent experience at Brasserie des Îles! We ate very well; the dishes were delicious and generously presented. The staff is welcoming, friendly, and attentive, which made the meal even more enjoyable. The setting is also very pleasant for spending quality time with family. A truly great place that we loved and highly recommend!

Coming from Belgium, we stopped by chance at Brasserie des Îles in Hyères. The service was welcoming and professional.
We had a fantastic meal—the quantity, flavors, and quality were all top-notch!
The manager and her team were incredibly attentive without being intrusive. A special touch for our friend celebrating his birthday: the owner took a group photo and printed it for us. Best of luck to the whole team! 😁

I thought I'd gone to the wrong place.
Stiff atmosphere, dishes sorely lacking in seasoning.
13 tiny clams in my cold pasta.
Slow service.
The wine was very good (thankfully).
I had been warned, but I read the reviews… clearly from tourists.
Disappointed.

A meal for two without a reservation, inside but almost like dining on the terrace, only cooler.
Exceptional cuisine.
Excellent service.
We thoroughly enjoyed it.

Excellent and original dishes. Fresh ingredients. Service needs improvement: poor cocktails served, no time between drinks and starters, waitress didn't announce unavailable dishes, and handed out the dessert menu without asking if we wanted any. So, very good overall, but the service needs improvement.

While on vacation in the area, I visited this restaurant for the second time. The staff is welcoming and attentive.
The food is incredible, both visually and in terms of taste. I'm gluten-free and was able to eat without any problems.
