We ordered exclusively from the fish dishes offered in the set menu, and they were excellent. The wine prices were a bit high, and the Spritz aperitif was practically alcohol-free.

The restaurant is ideally located on a quiet and pleasant square, which is particularly enjoyable at this time of year. The service is professional, attentive, and efficient—a quality that is unfortunately becoming quite rare these days. We ate well and had a lovely time. If I had one small reservation, it would be about the menu, which could perhaps be a little more daring and original. Nevertheless, it remains a very good place to eat.

Breakfast outside was lovely. Orange juice tastes just pressed - very nice. Bread is crusty and light. Only negative is that the tea comes with a bag and a pot of hot water so not quite hot enough. The restroom door has a thingy attached to the bottom to let you easily pull it open with your foot - clean hands to eat without fuss!

Late service possible. Classic, not original, but well located. A fair amount of variety on the menu. We ordered the seafood casserole, which was served with a bit of sand, the beef tartare, which was very heavily seasoned, and the salmon and avocado tartare, which was very expensive for a starter. I don't recommend the fish and chips; my neighbor at the next table said it was very undercooked. Service was quite slow until the bill arrived.

I went to Les Marquises for dinner and I've never eaten such good salmon in a brasserie. Gourmet quality.

04/05/2026: We stumbled upon this bar; the mixed charcuterie and cheese platters were excellent, and the prices were reasonable, unlike many places in Arcachon. The staff was very welcoming. So we went back.
25/02/2026: We had lunch there last Saturday. The food was very good. The waitress was smiling and pleasant. However, the woman behind the counter was not at all friendly. A shame.
