Excellent value for money! We sat on the terrace right by the Saar River. The service was friendly and attentive, and the food and wine were excellent.

We rediscovered this lovely restaurant because they offer high-quality, locally sourced meat (Ferme de 3 Vallées, Wittring), and we—if we even eat meat anymore—don't want to be served cheaply imported meat from South America. To our great delight, they also serve cold German beer. And as for the ambiance, the place is truly wonderful. The two young women took excellent care of us, were in great spirits, and even made sure we never lacked anything. In my opinion, there was absolutely nothing to criticize—we will definitely be back.

Two hours to be served at lunchtime… you really must have time to waste. Reservation at 12:30 pm, food arrived at 2 pm. And the worst part was the reaction when we dared to mention it: “You’re not the only ones, we have two other rooms and a terrace.” A frankly inappropriate, almost guilt-tripping response, as if waiting that long was normal. As for the service, a nearly full glass of sparkling wine was spilled when clearing the table. It can happen, of course, but it perfectly illustrates the overall lack of attention. Thankfully, it was replaced, but still… And the food? Decent portions, but completely bland. The lamb shank, in particular, was tasteless, characterless, as if it had been forgotten in the kitchen when it came time to season it. In short: a long wait, little consideration, and food that doesn’t make up for it. Definitely not a place that makes you want to come back.

A very beautiful restaurant in the heart of Sarregumines. Definitely worth the visit. The staff is really nice and the food was amazing
