Brasserie Du Centre sur Pau

Simple and effective! Great atmosphere! Big plus: there's a vegetarian option! A real little brasserie

This brasserie was an excellent find! We don't speak French, but the service was fantastic, and they even explained some of the dishes in Spanish. The homemade food was delicious; the steak was tender and flavorful. We're looking forward to going back when we return to Pau. We ordered the full menu, and the quality, quantity, and price were excellent.

A great brasserie, we always stop there whenever we're in the area. Thanks for the comforting dishes. It's fantastic!
