Brasserie Du Centre sur Pau

This is the story of a waiter who was apparently in a bad mood, who was politely asked to return a fish that was clearly undercooked to the kitchen. This prompted a furious and aggressive arrival of a cook, red-faced and aggressive, who insisted that the fish was not only cooked enough but also accused us of being aggressive towards the waiter... Brilliant! Unfortunately, the establishment lost two former customers...

Simple but tasty traditional cuisine. Affordable menu and, above all, a very pleasant waiter – a welcome change!

Simple and effective! Great atmosphere! Big plus: there's a vegetarian option! A real little brasserie

This brasserie was an excellent find! We don't speak French, but the service was fantastic, and they even explained some of the dishes in Spanish. The homemade food was delicious; the steak was tender and flavorful. We're looking forward to going back when we return to Pau. We ordered the full menu, and the quality, quantity, and price were excellent.

A great brasserie, we always stop there whenever we're in the area. Thanks for the comforting dishes. It's fantastic!
