Hearty portions, excellent veal stew served with creamy mashed potatoes.
The homemade foie gras is worth the trip.
The grilled prawns were perfect, no complaints.

Roasted prawns with citrus risotto sounded good: 2 prawns with a risotto that looked like a mess, and for €28.50... We asked for bread, and it arrived when we'd finished... In short, I don't recommend it...

A brasserie just like you dream of. Attentive and discreet service, ultra-fresh seafood, dishes made with local produce prepared intelligently and without unnecessary frills, a large 19th-century dining room subtly modernized, and a prime location near the train station. To top it all off, a Mariage Frères tea served with impeccable style. What more could you ask for? Even the restrooms are nice 😀

A high-class restaurant. The ambiance is exceptional, and the comfort level is very high. The noise level is subdued, making conversation easy.
The service is very attentive and friendly. The menu offers something for everyone.
All the dishes in our group received excellent ratings.
This restaurant comes highly recommended.

The meal was of high quality and plentiful, and the setting was pleasant. The waiter was remarkable; without taking a note, he remembered our entire order. The only downside was that we had to ask for our glass of wine even though our main course had been served for 10 minutes (the follow-through could be improved). The crêpes Suzette were excellent and prepared right at the table.
A very good restaurant.

A brasserie just the way I like them! A warm welcome, impeccable service, and you're immediately immersed in the atmosphere of a 20th-century brasserie—it's fantastic!
I tried:
- The quiche Lorraine: it's a modern twist, with all the classic flavors and different textures.
- The XXL sausage with mashed potatoes and roasted jus: it takes you right back to childhood, it's incredibly satisfying!
- The yogurt with mirabelle plum coulis: also incredibly satisfying, a delight!
I would have loved to try the other options: that'll be for next time!
The Affligem beer was delicious: full of flavor and smooth on the palate.

This is the third time I've been to this restaurant since Flo left. I'm disappointed with the service, which is less attentive than when Flo was there. Some servers aren't observant or attentive to their guests at all. They complain about food, utensils, etc. One waitress even pretended not to hear me. Are ultra-long fingernails tolerated in a restaurant? 🤔 It's not very practical for flambéing certain dishes, nor for serving... The food itself, however, is good.
