What a wonderful discovery! The restaurant's setting is simply sublime, creating an atmosphere that is both elegant and welcoming.
The service is as exceptional as the location: the servers are incredibly kind, displaying a rare level of attentiveness and friendliness. You immediately feel at ease thanks to a truly fantastic team.
As for the food, it's flawless:
Presentation: The dishes are magnificent, veritable works of art.
Taste: The quality of the food is outstanding, a pure delight.
The whole experience unfolds in a very pleasant calm, ideal for fully enjoying the evening. We had a wonderful time and will return with immense pleasure.
I highly recommend it!

The service was friendly but completely incompetent. They poured the wine from the second bottle into the new one, acknowledged our request for a break between courses but ignored it, then offered dessert menus. We politely declined and asked for a little more time. They simply left the menus on the table and walked away. And right at the beginning, a huge surprise: there's no cloakroom. This is completely incomprehensible. What a shame!

Passing through Metz, we had a lovely time and a very good meal. The starter, main course, and dessert were all delicious and beautifully presented. The staff was very friendly. The setting is truly charming.

Beautiful dining room. Professional and friendly service staff. Excellent classic brasserie dishes sometimes with a twist. My entrée “Quiche Lorraine comme un Vol au Vent” was beautifully plated. Looked promising and delicious. One bite in… the cream and lardon interior filling was cold. Not lukewarm. Cold. Since I was invited by a friend, I did not make a fuss and ate it with a grimace to be polite. Another guest had the same entrée and confirmed his was also cold after our dinner. As we left the restaurant, I did let a server know of the cold entrees when our host went to pay the bill. My main dish Classic Choucroute was excellent.

The setting is lovely, the menu is just right with very reasonable prices, especially since it fits well within the €49 set menu (starter, main course, dessert), which is very affordable for this type of restaurant. The staff was efficient, the service was quick, and we had a very pleasant time.
The portions were generous, both the meat and the side dishes. The desserts were a pleasant surprise, often the Achilles' heel of restaurants, but here they were thoroughly enjoyable.

The dining room is magnificent. The menu is very appealing. But in the end, the food was bland. The saffron risotto had no real flavor, and the confit garlic sauce tasted like a typical meat sauce.
I feel there's a disconnect between the menu descriptions and what you actually get. They offer gravlax salmon, which is supposed to be raw, but we received cooked salmon. The chocolate pistachio tartlet, Dubai-style, was too simple. The chocolate was good, but the pistachio tasted like a sugary dessert.
In short, I was rather disappointed, especially considering it's a place that's often been recommended to me.

The setting is truly beautiful, the atmosphere is pleasant, and the servers were friendly. We came on a Saturday evening, but unfortunately, there were several minor hiccups during the ordering process. We waited an extremely long time (45 minutes) for our champagne flutes, which arrived at the same time as the appetizers and wines, so we received everything at once. Furthermore, there was a mistake with one dish, and one person had to wait an additional 15 minutes. That said, the food was good, but the meat wasn't exceptional according to my guests. Considering the price, we wouldn't necessarily recommend it.
