Beautiful bedding, excellent restaurant, very friendly welcome, highly recommended, well done!

The welcome was very good, we were well received, the entrance hall is magnificent. However, upon arriving in our room, it was more of a disappointment than a pleasure to be in a 4-star hotel. There were hairs on our beds—long hairs on one bed and shorter ones on the other, or perhaps weights—in the bathroom. The same was true: hairs on the sink, and finally, a large amount of dust on the black furniture. We informed them of the dust, went for a walk, and a few hours later it was still there (see the video). Disappointed with this stay, especially since we had just come from a 4-star hotel in Strasbourg that was three times better for half the price. I will not book with this chain again at this price if it's not perfect.

Honestly, a fantastic experience! The rooms were spotless, and what can I say about the hotel service, which was always incredibly attentive to our needs!

Best Western??? Yes, you truly live up to the name!! A best hotel!! And it's true!!! A magnificent hotel, pleasant both inside and out. I found the hotel extremely welcoming! Thank you to Amina at reception for her kindness, helpfulness, and smile, which inspired me to mention it in this review! The restaurant is good, with dishes that are both simple and original. Breakfast was excellent! In short, it's perfect for business, and I wouldn't hesitate to return for leisure!

We held our son's christening at the hotel restaurant. The staff were incredibly attentive throughout the planning process, and we were delighted with the result. We opted for the brunch package for our guests, and the restaurant was reserved exclusively for us on a Sunday. We were able to customize the decorations and enjoy the entire afternoon.

Very nice and spacious rooms with an actual wardrobe. The staff at the breakfast room was a bit lost but probably they were only trainees due the holiday. Very nice nonetheless. The food was good and we had a nice variety to choose from. Please notice that this hotel takes a deposit higher than your actual room rate during check-in. It will be cleared automatically after you paid when you check-out.
