A lovely spot for a lunch break, right next to the Museum of Time. Impeccable and quick service. The Comté salad is always a winner, I highly recommend it!

Bravo and a huge thank you to the staff at Brasserie Granvelle in Besançon, where we had lunch yesterday, Sunday. We had a reservation; there were nine of us. We received a wonderful welcome, our waiter was incredibly pleasant and efficient, everyone found something to their liking, the portions were very generous (a rare thing these days), and the ingredients were extremely fresh... thank you to the chef for delighting our taste buds... It's such a shame we're 500km away...

The dishes served were tasty and carefully prepared, reflecting high quality cuisine. 28/01/2026: The food was excellent, and the waitress was very attentive. However, the welcome we received was appalling because we arrived with a stroller and a sleeping baby. Her remarks were so harsh that we asked if she would prefer we eat elsewhere. She eventually agreed to seat us, but without any apology for her attitude. One thing is certain... Never again, despite the quality of the meal.
