22/12/2025: The price was reasonable considering the room's amenities. The wardrobe was small (one person, one compartment) and there were no coat hooks. The hooks at the entrance were only 1.20 meters high. We also couldn't find anywhere to hang our towels. There were traces of hair on the shower walls. The only TV available was a smart TV with no satellite channels. I would still recommend it for a temporary stay.
17/11/2025: I stayed a few days at Le Chêne Fleuri. The welcome was warm and prompt, the room was beautifully decorated, and the bedding was comfortable. The setting is very peaceful and green, ideally located for exploring Chartres. I highly recommend it!

Brasserie de l'Ouest

14/05/2026: Great, the room is nice and comfortable, not too noisy and the staff are very pleasant. It's a little expensive but still within reason. I think the toilets are also chargeable? But I recommend it!
16/03/2026: If you're looking for a restaurant open in the evening before a show at the Colosseum... this is the one to choose. Very welcoming, excellent value for money. We had booked in advance.
