A lovely terrace with a huge selection of sweet treats for breakfast and afternoon tea. The quality is excellent and the prices are low. The service is good. There's a slightly smaller selection of beer and other drinks for a quick drink.

I ate it on the terrace. I was flustered because I didn't know how to order, but a female staff member explained it to me in fluent English. I ordered, and another female staff member brought it to the terrace. She was very kind. The taste was delicious, very sweet.

Their cakes are delicious (Chartrins, macarons, shortbread, and tarte tatin) and reasonably priced. Their chocolate is also very good. I'm from Auxerre, but I'll come back to Chartres just for that…

04/03/2026: We had a wonderful time at this restaurant. The homemade terrines were delicious. The service was friendly and welcoming. An experience to be repeated.
11/02/2026: A disaster after a very positive first experience... Over an hour's wait for an aperitif and a main course! The waiter was friendly and courteous, but she was alone serving, which didn't help matters! Several dishes and desserts were out of stock... It would be nice if they had announced this beforehand and told the customers! We came from Orléans and left angry with a hefty bill and no compensation whatsoever! There are some fundamental issues that need addressing! We were therefore forced to have dessert elsewhere, at a nearby establishment... In short, this will be the last time we go to this place, which is a shame because we had a good time last June! PS: No regrets, considering the response and the lack of self-reflection!

04/05/2026: A really great little neighborhood brasserie! A super warm welcome. Excellent service (waitresses in brasserie uniforms, no less!). Local and very friendly atmosphere. THANK YOU
26/02/2026: Passing through, we discovered this fantastic brasserie with delicious homemade food, and the owner is a character worth meeting! I highly recommend it!
