An absolutely remarkable culinary experience. The dishes were simply exceptional: generous, refined, and executed with true talent. Each bite felt like discovering something crafted with passion and precision. The ingredients were of impeccable quality, and the flavors were perfectly balanced. Rarely has a brasserie impressed me so much. There's a real mastery in the kitchen, with dishes as visually stunning as they are delicious. This is an establishment that deserves to be known for the incredible quality of its cuisine. I will return solely to relive this exceptional culinary experience. Bravo to the chef and the team for this absolutely impressive level of quality.

Arrived on a Tuesday evening. Aurillac was probably already asleep, but a very warm welcome and a lovely, cozy place!

This place is really, really good. I went there for the first time with someone who liked the staff; she enjoyed the place. The burger was good. Then I went back alone, and this time I had a DELICIOUS French lamb shank. I can tell you it was EXTRAORDINARY. The presentation was surprising and very appealing, the meat was perfectly cooked, not overpowering, and melt-in-your-mouth tender. The accompanying vegetables were well-prepared and cooked perfectly, and the sauce was refined. Honestly, I've been twice, and both times I was EXTRAORDINARY. A sure thing. It's worth mentioning when people do such good work! Thank you for the friendly, family atmosphere. PS (I have no connection to the restaurant; I don't live in the area, so my opinion isn't biased).
