Excellent ! Quiet and soothing atmosphere, cuisine of very high quality.

A wonderful experience in downtown Aurillac! The dishes were absolutely delicious, the snails were very tasty, the foie gras cooked on blini was to die for, and the chicken was tender and juicy. Furthermore, impeccable service, warm hosts, a truly impeccable welcome. This meal brightened up this rainy Cantalusian day. I highly recommend this bistronomic restaurant, it was a completely enjoyable experience.

Very good discovery. A unique weekday lunch menu, proof of the quality of the products used. The cuisine is simply fine and inventive, don't hesitate to ask for advice on choosing wines from the extensive list. The cook is from our sweet Angevin region and the exchange was very friendly with the owners. Not to be missed if you pass through Aurillac.

Nous venons toujours avec plaisir déjeuner au Cromesquis. Le chef concocte des plats inventifs et savoureux. Le service est bien sympathique. Merci à vous pour ces bons moments
