Thanks to the recommendation of the Auberge des Montagnes in Pairholes, we weren't disappointed. The establishment was respectful of its customers' food and prices! Thank you.

Excellent meal, set menu, but the owner takes into account individual dietary restrictions and offers alternatives. Fresh ingredients, beautifully presented dishes, and a lovely shaded terrace.
