Bouillon, located in Bruges, has a nice setting and the service is nothing special. Prices are typical for a bouillon restaurant. Monaco 25 cl: €4.50 Beef tartare & fries: €12.50 Bouillon burger & fries: €11.90 French toast brioche & caramel: €4 Vanilla crème brûlée: €4 The dishes and desserts arrived quickly. The food was good. Good value for money.

I had a wonderful time at this restaurant! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the service is attentive, and the dishes are prepared with great care. Every plate was delicious and beautifully presented. Special mention goes to the staff, who were always smiling and ready to help. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy a delicious meal in a pleasant setting.

The welcome, the service, the food... Everything is excellent. Free parking right next door. Very good value for money. The cocktails and mocktails are perfect. It's advisable to make a reservation. I recommend it.

We were disappointed by the overcooked and tasteless salmon. We had a mixed evening.

A successful transition to a more casual, restaurant-style menu in terms of quality, choice, and, of course, price. The portions are sometimes a bit small (chocolate mousse and floating islands, for example), so the quantity/price ratio is equivalent to a traditional brasserie: you pay half as much and get half as much. The place is still pleasant but a bit noisy. The servers are efficient but there aren't enough of them during the lunchtime rush. I'll try it one evening to see the difference. Best of luck!
