Came from Toulouse for the Force Ouvrières congress. We stopped at this restaurant to eat. The boss is extremely welcoming, dynamic and warm. Being a professional cook and having eaten the day before at the Bouillon restaurant. Beef Burgundy is truly superior. In this establishment, beef Burgundy is served in a puff pastry accompanied by 3 different vegetables. Being a professional chef, I congratulate the chef for his originality in this basic dish of French cuisine. And also for the presentation of the plates for this dish. The quality and prices offered by this establishment are truly at the TOP... Well done... to both of them
