Brasserie le Carre sur Beziers

A very good, albeit somewhat pricey, brasserie. The dishes are delicious. There are a few too many chairs, making it difficult for guests to have a private conversation with their table neighbors. The food selection is good, as is the drinks menu.

Good food, served quickly. Very friendly staff. Typical French value for money.

Nice spot to wait while having a drink or a bite to eat.

Incredible duck breast tataki! 😋

Fast and friendly service (Bruce and Gregory clearly prioritize customer satisfaction 👍) Excellent value for money lunch menu. Seasonal menu. The cold mushroom soup and the chorizo risotto were absolutely delicious. I even had trouble finishing them because the portions were so generous. I highly recommend stopping by for a delicious lunch 😍👍

Excellent service, good food and not too long a wait! Cool.

Not a regular customer, but honestly, I wasn't disappointed! Very good, no wait, top-notch service; if I have the chance, I'll definitely go back. I'm taking off one star for the atmosphere because of the smoking, which bothers me a lot, but oh well, it's not their fault.

A very good brasserie with quality concerts and entertainment; I recommend this brasserie.
