We had a meal for two and our experience was rather mixed. We arrived late, but we were still very warmly welcomed. We ordered two glasses of wine, two main courses (duck breast and beef), and two desserts (crème brûlée and a tart). To begin with, the service was poor; they forgot our wine glasses. As for the main courses, while they were good, we were disappointed that we received the same side dish for two different dishes. Furthermore, the portion sizes were insufficient for the price. Finally, the dessert completely satisfied my appetite; the tart was excellent, generous, and delicious.

During our stay at Relais des Vigiers, we dined twice at this bistro; the duck breast was excellent. The service was also very pleasant. We will gladly return to this establishment.

Lunch on a lovely outdoor terrace overlooking the golf course. The daily menu offers excellent value for money, and the wine list is well-chosen and reasonably priced, with a special mention for the exceptional Château Pierrail Sauvignon Gris 2025.

The setting is magnificent. What a pleasure to enjoy an aperitif on the terrace with such a beautiful view! However, the tables have paint that sticks to your arms, and the fact that you only get peanuts to accompany your drinks (and even then, you have to ask for them!), what a shame!! It doesn't live up to the expected standard and the prices that go with it.

A truly wonderful mother-daughter getaway ✨ A magnificent experience at Bistrot des Vigiers. We spent a marvelous mother-daughter time around a beautiful table. The service exceeded our expectations: attentive, professional, and warm, with a truly welcoming atmosphere. As for the food, it was a real feast for the eyes and the palate. The dishes were flavorful, refined, and perfectly executed, with simply impeccable presentation. Each plate is thoughtfully prepared, and this is evident from the very first bite. We were delighted to discover this restaurant, ideal for sharing a lovely moment and indulging ourselves. Thank you to the entire Vigiers team for this wonderful gourmet experience and this delightful moment. We will definitely be back.

A truly wonderful experience! We had a fantastic time at Bistrot des Vigiers. The setting is lovely and the dining room boasts a beautiful design, although it is unfortunately quite noisy. As for the food, we were in heaven! The salmon tartare starter was incredibly fresh and flavorful, and the beef was simply divine. A fantastic discovery! Special mention to the truly delightful staff. We trusted them with our wine selection, and they were spot on!

We had a wonderful half-board stay, including meals at Bistrot des Vigiers. The restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes to please everyone. The staff is very welcoming and accommodating to guests' food intolerances. It was a pleasure to have our meals at this restaurant. Thank you for everything.

Amazing food, wonderful flavors, great quality of ingredients, and really kind staff. Very grateful we were able to get a table late without reservation after being turned away by several restaurants in 40 degrees heat with a hungry child! Will definitely visit again when we’re in the area. Merci beaucoup :)

23/07/2026: Lunch for two on the terrace... Small lunch menu in terms of price but big on flavor. The welcome was warm and we had a very pleasant time.

30/06/2026: As soon as you arrive near this establishment, nestled in the countryside, you can't help but be struck by its magic. Lush greenery abounds and is meticulously maintained (for the needs of the golf course, among other things). A large pond has provided a home for a family of Canada geese, and the historic buildings boast exquisite architecture. This privileged location exudes tranquility. After a short walk from the parking lot, we strolled past a good portion of the buildings to reach the restaurant entrance. The welcome was impeccable. We discovered a large, bright dining room lined with bay windows, offering ample space between the tables. Throughout the meal, the service was exceptionally professional, flawless, and discreet, befitting the Michelin star it has held for many years. The pace of the service was perfect. We opted for the seven-course tasting menu, which also included the welcome bites, amuse-bouche, petits fours, and the small homemade chocolate served with coffee. Not forgetting to mention that the seventh course, dessert, consists of a pre-dessert and the dessert itself. With each course, a new work of art is presented to our eyes and then our palates. This menu is simply phenomenal. But how could we not highlight one of the chef's signature dishes, the "oyster...caviar" combination? A pure marvel, freshness, texture, exceptional flavors—this dish alone is worth the trip. We experienced a truly great gastronomic moment. Bravo and thank you, Chef, and to your team.
