Lunch for two on the terrace... Small lunch menu in terms of price but big on flavor. The welcome was warm and we had a very pleasant time.

We love this restaurant; the quality-to-price ratio is perfect. The food is refined and plentiful. The staff is very friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant. A place where conviviality and good taste are palpable.

We're from the Paris region, visiting family. We had lunch today, and the welcome and service were impeccable, offering excellent value for money. The dishes were superb, and the chef even received a kiss on the cheek as a thank you for the delicious meal. We'll definitely be back on our next visit. Highly recommended.

Le Relais De Monestier is in a lovely location and the service was excellent and the food tasty. That said for me the menu was expensive and not very original.

Very good traditional cuisine. It's a shame that one of the owners, who also works in the dining room, isn't up to the standard of the food. For our family meal with 4 children and 12 adults, we spent €560. The waiter, who is one of the owners, spent more time trying to quiet our children (who were actually quite calm) than actually managing his service. A short sales training course for the owner/waiter wouldn't go amiss.

22/08/2026: We had a meal for two and our experience was rather mixed. We arrived late, but we were still very warmly welcomed. We ordered two glasses of wine, two main courses (duck breast and beef), and two desserts (crème brûlée and a tart). To begin with, the service was poor; they forgot our wine glasses. As for the main courses, while they were good, we were disappointed that we received the same side dish for two different dishes. Furthermore, the portion sizes were insufficient for the price. Finally, the dessert completely satisfied my appetite; the tart was excellent, generous, and delicious.
20/08/2026: During our stay at Relais des Vigiers, we dined twice at this bistro; the duck breast was excellent. The service was also very pleasant. We will gladly return to this establishment.
