We had lunch today: snails, burgers, and steak frites for the teenagers, and a butcher's cut for us. The meat was very good quality and cooked perfectly. The service was what you'd expect from a bouillon restaurant; we were greeted courteously and with smiles by two young women and the chef. It was a pleasant experience. We're in the restaurant business, and some people need to understand that a bouillon restaurant isn't a fine dining establishment! Thank you to your team.

Dish of the day: sauerkraut. English-style service, presentation on the plate: not great! Very little on the plate, with a potato and two sausages, and the equivalent of 5 forkfuls to eat the sauerkraut, the quantity was not generous (the price was not worth it!). The crème brûlée: cold in a hot saucer. I will not go back.
