We had a quiet spot in the shade for lunch. The fish and chips was very good and a very generous portion. The dessert wasn't great, though; I doubt it was homemade. If you're looking for a simple, quick lunch spot under the trees, go for it.

I've only been to the main café once since the change of management... just for a drink at the bar. The welcome was simple and courteous. I can't say anything more, having only come for a drink at the bar. 🍺 That's all. To be continued.

24/08/2026: Tasty galettes and crêpes, friendly service
20/08/2026: We were lucky enough to be able to eat there for lunch today, just the two of us, without a reservation. It's best to book in advance, given how popular they are. The crêpes are excellent and very generously filled. The owner is very friendly. We highly recommend this place.
