We had lunch as a family this Tuesday while visiting Uzès. The staff were very welcoming and the food was delicious. A lovely restaurant where you feel really comfortable; I highly recommend it.

Everything was great. A true French restaurant with a lovely atmosphere, good wine, and delicious food. It's everything we love and everything we expect from a traditional restaurant. Well done to the whole team! Don't change a thing, and long live Café Ernest!

A good place, even though our welcome was a bit chaotic; I won't dwell on the facts. Just one piece of advice: if you go on a Saturday, market day, don't make a reservation. Go at noon without fail; you're almost guaranteed a table.

12/05/2026: We have been here twice, and each time the food was excellent and at a very reasonable price. Our waiter was very helpful and we enjoyed his recommendations. Top flight service! Later, we found that our car was locked inside a car park which did not open until the next morning! We returned to the restaurant and the waiter called a cab to get us home. We will return every chance we get!

25/04/2026: An excellent culinary and visual experience awaits you at lunchtime in the establishment's quiet, shaded patio. The cuisine is refined and precise. The crème brûlée is a testament to this, with perfectly balanced sugar in its preparation and a delicately controlled caramelized sugar. Absolutely top-notch!
