Passing through St Flour... quick service, perfect set menu with country ham salad and croutons, aligot (a cheesy potato dish) and pulled pork cheek, blueberry clafoutis-style tart for dessert, all for 16 euros... friendly and efficient waitress... nice setting... good place and good value for money... well done!

It's a great place, a pleasure to go. The owners and staff are like real friends, and above all, the welcome is excellent, the food is delicious and well-prepared. I highly recommend it because we've never been disappointed, especially with the quality products from Cantal.

Passing through Saint-Flour on a Monday… many shops and restaurants were closed, but Gallia was open. 👍 The daily special was €16.50: a reasonable price. Simple brasserie-style cuisine, served quickly. For the price, it's a good choice if you're looking for a quick and satisfying meal in Saint-Flour. 👍

We stopped here for lunch today and ordered the daily special for €16 per person. We were definitely not disappointed; the food was excellent from start to finish. The waiter and waitress were fantastic and friendly. However, the second round of bread was barely out of the freezer, but otherwise, no complaints. For our first experience at this restaurant, we weren't disappointed, and they even accept pets! Thank you to your entire team. Best of luck for the future.

The welcome and the meal were excellent. I'm giving it 5 stars even though the aligot was more like mashed potatoes than aligot. The blueberry pachade was very good. The service was quick.
