16/05/2026: The best place in Saint-Flour, without a doubt! Delicious local cuisine and some more original dishes. Everything is homemade. The owner, incredibly friendly, even went from the dining room to the kitchen for our enjoyment. While it was good before, we found it even better than in previous years. Excellent polenta with olives as an accompaniment to some dishes, melt-in-your-mouth pork cheek. And a delicious homemade lemon tart, for example. Plus, a great wine list. Very good value for money.
09/05/2026: A remarkable lunch at this small restaurant in Saint-Flour: delicious dishes made with fresh ingredients, original flavors, and subtle combinations. The service was top-notch, efficient, light, and infused with a truly delightful sense of humor.
I highly recommend the pan-seared Aubrac beef tartare with Saint-Nectaire cream—a delight for the taste buds!
And the desserts? Absolutely divine!
A truly wonderful place that I highly recommend.

02/06/2026: We arrived there by chance; it was very crowded, but despite that, the welcome was fantastic, inventive, and in an extremely joyful and warm atmosphere!
Plus, the service was fast and excellent!!

31/05/2026: Lovely spot with a street-side terrace on one side and a beautiful view of the countryside and surrounding area from inside the restaurant. Great food, good value for money, and truly fantastic, incredibly friendly staff!

11/05/2026: The green salad was clearly not fresh, as it was rotten in places. The dishes weren't great: the pizza crust was soggy, and the lentil risotto was sickening (far too much parmesan and undercooked eggplant). The service was too slow, and the excuse given (it was very busy) is unacceptable; there weren't more people than the number of seats available (they should staff accordingly).
07/05/2026: A very good experience at this charming restaurant. The atmosphere is pleasant and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
The food is good quality with affordable prices.
The only slight downside was that two dishes arrived a little lukewarm, but it wasn't a big deal.
In short, I recommend this place.

19/04/2026: One of the few places in Saint-Flour that allows you to celebrate children's birthdays, with a few games of bowling and other activities. The owner is very patient and helpful with the kids.
Furthermore, Le 108 is a well-designed and conveniently located establishment, and above all, it's a place where young and old alike can have a great time under the watchful eye of the owners.
12/02/2026: Really great, the wait was a bit long but the managers are super friendly! They give candy to the kids for bowling... I'll definitely be back!

05/05/2026: We received a very warm welcome even though we arrived late at lunchtime, almost 2 pm. The food was good and reasonably priced.
03/05/2026: A fantastic experience at this restaurant! The pizzas are excellent, generously topped with a truly delicious crust. You can tell the ingredients are high quality. The burgers are also a very pleasant surprise—hearty and well-prepared.
The service is friendly and the atmosphere welcoming, which makes you want to come back. I highly recommend this place.

04/08/2024: On s'est vraiment régalé dans ce resto face à la cathédrale. De la viande extra, très savoureuse et goûteuse, spécialités d'Auvergne au menu, y compris pour les vins, très bon rapport qualité prix, accueil et service au top ! Grande terrasse extérieure.
