Excellent family meal at Le Longchamp in Carcassonne. I highly recommend it! This is far from a tourist trap: it's a truly local, authentic, and friendly restaurant where you immediately feel at ease. The terrace is very pleasant, with comfortable armchairs, perfect for enjoying a drink or a delicious meal. A special mention goes to the staff, who are helpful, smiling, and genuinely attentive. The owner is very competent, available, and particularly accommodating, both with service and opening hours. You can feel a real desire to satisfy customers and find solutions, which is becoming rare enough to be worth highlighting. The authentic decor also adds to the charm of the place. A very good Carcassonne restaurant, friendly and welcoming, with a true sense of hospitality and service. We will gladly return!

A very good experience at this restaurant! Excellent food, fast, efficient, and friendly service! The three people who served us were very nice. We highly recommend it and thoroughly enjoyed our meal!

The service was friendly and quick. We kept going back most nights because the set menu was great value, portions were a good size and the food was really tasty! Especially the peppercorn steak which was so tender and juicy! They kept bringing us fresh water and bread, honestly, the bad reviews on here must have been previous owners or something!

The welcome was adequate, nothing more. Limited to no vegetarian options. The onion soup was excellent! The fries weren't great, and the staff weren't very attentive. The prices were very high for the quality. The restrooms weren't very clean. There's no parking as it's located in the pedestrian zone of Carcassonne (city center). We won't be back.

We had a very good meal at this restaurant, the service was excellent. We live in Spain and, since we didn't speak French, they made an effort to speak Spanish in a way that we could understand.

A very good restaurant. Very friendly and helpful. I'm vegetarian and they were very accommodating in offering me alternatives. Quick and helpful, I received a very warm welcome and was served by Jean, a smiling and friendly waiter. I recommend it.
