We ate at this establishment today; the welcome was friendly, the service efficient, and the meat delicious, well-cooked, and very tender. You can go there without hesitation.

Just landed here with Miss Wonderful…took the train from Montpellier in which we spent 3 wonderful nights!!…We had the cutest server, she has nice cute energy…our waiter was a nice guy as well….We ordered our…Cassoulet Maison…and a bol a frites….very Yummy!!!!
My Beautiful wife enjoyed her glass of regional vino!!….Highly recommended…we sat sitting elbows to elbows with many many local French residents…they all seemed to enjoy their food!!!

Lovely restaurant. Staff were very accommodating for a large group of 12 at very short notice. Waitress was fantastic. Starter of oysters and mussels was lovely. Main veal course was very nice. Veal was lovely but potatoes and green beans were cold. Deserts were very nice. Wines and other drinks were excellent. Would recommend. Thank you for a great evening.

One of the only restaurants open this month, and we weren't disappointed. Good value for money and friendly staff.
We thoroughly enjoyed the homemade lasagna and crème brûlée.
The restaurant is located on the main square, Place Carnot. You can eat inside or on the terrace. Parking is available on the surrounding streets.

First, I'd say my biggest favorite thing about this restaurant/brasserie is the magnificent decor. It was like stepping back in time; it was splendid. The food is decent, not haute cuisine, but perfectly acceptable. The prices are a bit high, though, which is a shame. The service was excellent, friendly, and quick. A major drawback, however, is that I didn't see any wheelchair access to the restaurant itself, so my husband had to carry our baby's stroller. I regret that wheelchair users can only access the outside, especially when you can appreciate such a charming interior, which is rare in Carcassonne.

We went there as a couple on a Wednesday at lunchtime without a reservation. We were quickly seated and had time to finish our drinks before our food arrived. No frills, just a set menu for €18 including a starter, main course, and dessert. It was all quite decent. The meat was a little too rare for my taste. This restaurant is suitable for a complete meal at an affordable price.

A great place for breakfast. They have a breakfast menu that includes juice, coffee, and a croissant or toast with jam. Very reasonably priced for the area, a very welcoming atmosphere, and a quiet, well-decorated space. The waiter was fantastic!
