We renamed this place the Long Wait. Ages went by before we got a knife and fork, longer still for the menu. The starter was very late out the blocks but was very tasty but the main - which took even longer - was bland. Worried we might see the first rays of morning, we skipped desert. It’s a lovely place to sit if you have the time.

Food came out quickly so I was a bit nervous but it was delicious, best lasagne I've had in a long time. Relaxed atmosphere .Friendly service too. We would not hesitate to go back.

We had a lovely meal here from the 3 course set price menu and the house wine was very good. The service was great the staff are very friendly.
It was one of the few places open on Sunday evening.

The staff is pleasant, polite, and smiling, and attentive to service and little touches (water, keeping track of the dishes, etc.). The food is standard fare, but the portions are flavorful and generous. The cassoulet was perfect, and special mention goes to the crème brûlée and lasagna, which were rich in meat.
