Brasserie Le Sabayon sur Thoiry

26/09/2026: We had a wonderful time at this restaurant. The terrace was sunny and peaceful, surrounded by beautiful trees. The service was impeccable, and the complimentary amuse-bouche was a lovely touch. The chef prepares excellent cuisine. The dishes were beautifully presented, and there wasn't too long a wait at lunchtime. We will definitely be back!

05/09/2026: Absolutely impeccable. Nothing to complain about. The menu is small and well-executed, the cooking is perfect, the ingredients are fresh, and the service is just right, without being overbearing. The price is quite reasonable for the quality offered, especially in a region where restaurants tend to overcharge. The terrace is pleasant, and the tables are spaced far enough apart to ensure a minimum of privacy.
