We had a wonderful time at this restaurant. The terrace was sunny and peaceful, surrounded by beautiful trees. The service was impeccable, and the complimentary amuse-bouche was a lovely touch. The chef prepares excellent cuisine. The dishes were beautifully presented, and there wasn't too long a wait at lunchtime. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely impeccable. Nothing to complain about. The menu is small and well-executed, the cooking is perfect, the ingredients are fresh, and the service is just right, without being overbearing. The price is quite reasonable for the quality offered, especially in a region where restaurants tend to overcharge. The terrace is pleasant, and the tables are spaced far enough apart to ensure a minimum of privacy.

Excellent cuisine. The servers are attentive without being intrusive. The atmosphere is rather intimate, but we had a good laugh, as we were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary with our children. This is a restaurant that deserves to be better known.

This is a little gem in the heart of Thoiry at the foot of the Jura just outside Geneva. Fabulous food served by lovely hosts. Great wine selection, all at very good value. Definitely going back.

Brasserie Le Sabayon

09/08/2026: The brasserie setting and atmosphere are very nice. The service is adequate. The quality of the food is average. It's a good option when you're in a hurry and just passing through.
