We spent four days in Ault as a couple. We ate at St Pierre two evenings. Fresh, homemade food, and excellent service. In short, a wonderful time that we'd love to repeat! And highly recommended.

A picturesque spot with simple but consistently good food. The only downside is the noise from the always-crowded dining room. Soundproofing or fewer tables could be solutions. However, we always return with pleasure. Their tarama is excellent!

22/02/2026: What can we say about this beautiful establishment that we love so much! The cuisine is delicious and inventive. The menu changes with the seasons and what's available at the market. The staff is as helpful as they are genuinely welcoming. A magnificent and warm place facing the sea and the cliffs of Ault. Go without hesitation!

27/02/2026: Passing through Ault, we were delighted to discover this restaurant overlooking the sea. A feast for the senses and the eyes with its endless view. The limited menu was the first positive sign; a cuisine featuring local products prepared with passion. The warm oysters with champagne were wonderful, as were the scallops with vanilla. The welcome was stylish and warm, as was the service. We will be back. Bravo!
