Once again, I can confirm: Excellent restaurant. Cuisine made with fresh ingredients. Competent and attentive staff.

A small restaurant full of old-fashioned charm, but what a good meal, a small chalkboard with some surprise suggestions would be welcome.

Thank you! Update 10/2024: Under new management, yet retaining its charm. A wonderful, daily changing menu with creative ideas. All appetizers, main courses, and desserts are highly recommended. The portions could be a bit larger, at least when everyone at the table orders the same dishes. Nevertheless, our group of nine enjoyed a very good and extremely delicious meal. The service was attentive and friendly, and the price was absolutely reasonable. We will gladly return. It's always been great for years, but last week it was simply disappointing: burnt fish, poorly seasoned, and the service was generally inattentive... just rushing through the guests... we missed the warmth of the service and the surprises on the daily specials, as well as the attention to culinary detail that used to be there... hopefully it will be better next time...

A warm and attentive welcome and service! The food is delicious and the bistro atmosphere is very charming. A minor drawback is the noise level in the main dining room, but that won't stop us from returning as soon as possible!

A must-visit in Ault, this restaurant revitalizes the town center with its ambiance, menu, decor, and the owner's warm hospitality. We love everything about it, so much so that during a multi-night stay, Le Saint-Pierre became our go-to spot. Fresh ingredients, a menu featuring well-executed bistro classics and local flavors, generous and fresh bread, all presented with care in a stylish, vintage setting. We also appreciate the decision not to offer mussels out of season. However, for strict vegetarians, the selection is still somewhat limited.

We arrived at 1:45 pm and received a warm welcome. The service was quick, the mussels were excellent, and the homemade fries were very good. I recommend it.

A truly wonderful experience at Saint Pierre. The delicious food is enhanced by excellent service; every member of staff is more welcoming than the last. You can go there with complete confidence.
