Arriving early to catch my train, I stumbled upon this brasserie opposite the station, and what a pleasant surprise: a warm welcome, attentive service, and excellent food. I'll gladly return.

A wonderful discovery at Vauban! Refined and generous cuisine, fresh produce, attentive service, and a magnificent view of the port. Everything comes together to make for a great time in Sète. You can feel the passion in the kitchen—a real pleasure from start to finish!

Excellent time at Brasserie Le Vauban! The service is professional, warm and attentive, you really feel welcomed. The cuisine is meticulous: tasty dishes, well presented and made with quality products. Special mention for the freshness of the dishes and the very good value for money. How can I say Wow!! I was passing through the Sète region and wanted to try this brasserie, and I wasn't disappointed at all. A succulent meal!! A very tender flank steak with the accompanying fries!! I didn't get to try the desserts, but they must have been just as delicious as the main course! I definitely recommend this brasserie! With fast and efficient service.

15/01/2026: A perfect seaside/harbor restaurant. The food is fresh and delicious; I honestly don't regret stopping there! The place is incredibly pleasant and nicely shaded, especially in the heat. Almost 70 euros, one bill for two, and we had wine, but with the setting and the warm service, it was well worth it!
02/01/2026: So friendly and so delicious! We had a wonderful lunch today: a particularly warm welcome, a lovely setting, and simple yet perfectly executed and truly excellent cuisine (especially the delicious Bourride 😋). My children loved the Hippy Burger! I highly recommend this restaurant.

07/12/2025: Drinks outside overlooking the dock, dinner inside. Beautiful decor, cozy atmosphere, lounge/trip-hop music, fresh, high-quality ingredients. Excellent and friendly service, attentive from arrival to departure. The seafood is fresh and perfectly prepared. A real treat! Impeccable hygiene. Highly recommended.
