I work in Sète and I was very happy, as was my stomach, to have lunch here. The food was absolutely delicious, and the presentation was so tempting, it made you want to devour it. The sea bream carpaccio was excellent, with a surprising and delightful side dish. Thank you to the whole team at Flore!

Excellent welcome, attentive and caring staff. However, the Milanese veal cutlet was bland and completely unsalted... the same went for the accompanying pesto pasta. Then we were told that for some time now, restaurants haven't been allowed to add salt to their food, and that's why a salt shaker was provided on the table. Since we have a sense of humor, we played along with this gentleman, feigning disappointment and outrage at these incomprehensible laws. We were able to indulge in endless fits of laughter as soon as we left the restaurant and over drinks with friends. If you plan to eat at Flore, don't forget your salt shaker! Lol! Thanks for this excellent time!

A superb place! The entire team at Flore was incredibly friendly and efficient.
It's simple: during our entire week there, we didn't even consider going anywhere else! When you receive such a warm welcome, eat so well, and have such a great time, why look elsewhere?
Try it, and you'll be hooked! Hats off to this fantastic team for your energy and good humor.

Excellent!
While on vacation, some people from Le Havre stumbled upon Le Flore. We've been going to the brasserie almost every day for the past month. The service is top-notch: friendly, helpful, and always smiling. We've had the chance to get to know some of the waiters a little (big shout-out to Pierre in particular).
Thank you for everything; you made our vacation truly memorable, and we'll be back!
