Always a pleasure to have lunch at Frédéric and his wife's, who are as professional as they are welcoming, an institution of good eating and good living.

Decent meal. Friendly owner. The daily special for 12 euros (sea bass fillet) was very good, and the salmon tartare too. Very good desserts (chocolate mousse, iced nougat, and lemon thing 🍋). If I come back to Bayonne I will come back with great pleasure.

Near the center. Right across from the information and tourism office. Small menu. Friendly staff, speaks Spanish. Average prices for dishes: 17 euros on average.
