brasserie l'incontournable sur Ares

Lovely brasserie. We came as a couple. The service was quick, welcoming, and well-coordinated. Both dishes were very good and generous, the fries were crispy, the duck breast was cooked to perfection, as was the garlic sauce on the squid. The complimentary afternoon tea, a nice touch to round off the evening, was served with two spoons without us even asking. Kudos to the four staff members who know the menu perfectly and who divided the tasks well (the women were the best, with three women and one man). And the cherry on top was the homemade carrot and honey rum—a delight! We had a wonderful evening.

Duck, good vibes, and a fantastic waiter! Honestly, a superb experience from start to finish! We came to eat, we left with happy stomachs, aching cheeks, and the desire to come back tomorrow! The duck confit was simply EXCELLENT: absolutely divine, pure bliss on a plate! The atmosphere was wonderful, friendly, just the way we like it, with that little extra something that makes you feel comfortable and never want to leave. (Just like home!) And then, let's talk about the waiter…! A truly top-notch waiter, funny, attentive, and incredibly caring from beginning to end. The kind of person who makes your experience amazing and almost deserves a table all to himself! Always there when needed, without ever being intrusive: a true conductor of happiness! In short, if you're looking for a place to eat well, laugh, and be treated like royalty, go for it without hesitation (but keep your eyes open so you don't miss the confit!). A huge thank you to the whole team, and a special mention to our server who clearly set the bar very high! We'll definitely be back!!

Excellent Italian-style mussels, delicious fries, and generous portions: you can take the leftovers home! Beautiful profiteroles. Special mention to our waiter Lancelot, who was competent and helpful. I highly recommend this restaurant.
