Back after several years away. The setting has been completely renovated, which was much needed. The brasserie service was quick and friendly. We tried the sauerkraut and were pleasantly surprised: served on individual plates instead of a heated platter, the sausages were much better cooked, of higher quality, more flavorful, and the sauerkraut was lighter and more delicious. My friends all shared the same opinion: different and much better. Unfortunately, we wanted to finish with an apple tart and were completely disappointed: the pastry was doughy and tasteless, the apples mealy; I suspect they were frozen. Just as it's rare for a baker to make good desserts, a good cook is often not a good pastry chef.

The salmon in the koulibiac was barely warm. Once reheated, the dish was good. The dessert was a delicious mille-feuille.

A very nice brasserie with homemade dishes. The sea bass was delicious, and the sea bream carpaccio was very fresh and flavorful. The service was quick and professional. A warm welcome and a very good rum baba. I will be back... especially for the desserts!

19/02/2026: This restaurant is absolutely fantastic! I ate here every day during my stay in France, and I highly recommend their various beef products and happy hour beer and fries! The daily special lunch set is especially good value and delicious! I'll definitely be back!
