The best gourmet restaurant in the capital! Located in the 9th arrondissement on a quiet but bustling street, The restaurant's facade is understated, The interior is intimate and minimalist, with refined decor, The welcome is warm, The service is quick and attentive, The dishes are exquisite, the flavor combinations subtle yet delicious, such as the dessert, a blend of chocolate, Catalan cream, meringue, and cherry, A fine wine list is available. Still as good as ever… There are truly times when Michelin's decisions are incomprehensible. Stéphane Pitre's cuisine is easily worth a star. His langoustine bisque today left us speechless, it was so magnificent!

10/08/2026: The coffee was good, and the atmosphere was fairly quiet and relaxing. There was almost no queue when I visited, which was nice. However, the cinnamon roll didn’t seem fresh and was quite dry. There was also no fork or other cutlery provided for the cinnamon roll, so I had to eat it with my hands. It was pretty warm inside as well, which made it a little uncomfortable to sit for a long time. Overall, a nice spot for coffee, but the pastry and overall experience could be better.
05/08/2026: A lovely self-service coffee shop with great products and many options. Beautiful view and a pleasant atmosphere.
