The best gourmet restaurant in the capital! Located in the 9th arrondissement on a quiet but bustling street, The restaurant's facade is understated, The interior is intimate and minimalist, with refined decor, The welcome is warm, The service is quick and attentive, The dishes are exquisite, the flavor combinations subtle yet delicious, such as the dessert, a blend of chocolate, Catalan cream, meringue, and cherry, A fine wine list is available. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Still as good as ever… There are truly times when Michelin's decisions are incomprehensible. Stéphane Pitre's cuisine is easily worth a star. His langoustine bisque today left us speechless, it was so magnificent!

28/05/2026: We came in early on accident and they still kindly seated us and let us order drinks. We got the veal and the duck for dinner and it was fabulous! The best food we’ve had on our trip to Paris!! Can’t wait to come back!
