The best gourmet restaurant in the capital! Located in the 9th arrondissement on a quiet but bustling street, The restaurant's facade is understated, The interior is intimate and minimalist, with refined decor, The welcome is warm, The service is quick and attentive, The dishes are exquisite, the flavor combinations subtle yet delicious, such as the dessert, a blend of chocolate, Catalan cream, meringue, and cherry, A fine wine list is available. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Still as good as ever… There are truly times when Michelin's decisions are incomprehensible. Stéphane Pitre's cuisine is easily worth a star. His langoustine bisque today left us speechless, it was so magnificent!

28/03/2026: Our family lunch was a truly wonderful experience at this beautiful brasserie. We enjoyed delicious food in a magnificent historical setting, and the service was exceptional from beginning to end. From the moment we arrived, we greatly appreciated that our small request made when we booked was immediately taken into account. The champagne was served by the bottle by "Monsieur Bonheur" himself, and the thoughtful touches continued throughout the meal. It was a moment suspended in time, our eyes filled with wonder at the woodwork, the stained-glass windows, and the Belle Époque paintings... we loved it! As we were leaving, each member of staff offered a heartfelt "goodbye," "thank you," "have a lovely day," "have a good weekend," and "see you soon." Thank you all, and see you soon!
