Hello, we went to Philippe's on Saturday evening on our way back from our holiday, after returning from Calais where we had spent the night with family. We had a lovely evening, the food was good and plentiful, the planter's punch was excellent, and the prices were reasonable. I recommend Philippe's.

A very nice restaurant.
The servers are super friendly, always smiling. The food is fantastic, a real treat!

There were 10 of us, including 4 children.
We waited an hour and a half to be served, without any regrets or compensation (not even a small drink to tide us over).
We didn't order dessert, discouraged by the wait.
Once the main course arrived, and being as hungry as we were, we found it delicious.
We won't be going back.

First visit to this restaurant, and a huge disappointment regarding the service.
We arrived at 12:45 PM, our order was taken at 1:10 PM, with strict adherence to the time. However, we weren't served until 1:55 PM, without any apology, which is particularly regrettable.
We therefore had to eat in less than ten minutes, in a rush.
It's all the more unfortunate because the dish was very good, but that doesn't compensate for the extremely slow service and obvious lack of consideration.
We left very disappointed with this first experience.

I found this restaurant through an app that counts calories after you take a picture of your food. This peppered egg omelet met my remaining protein requirement for the day. It was very good. The service was quick.
