Brasserie Plaisance sur Narbonne

05/06/2026: It was right next to our hotel and looked promising. The place is great, and the service is good. We ordered a couple of burgers (one of them XL). The meat is good quality, but the seasoning is very bland. The burger toppings in general are quite tasteless, and the cheddar drip is purely for show, adding no flavor. The worst part was the fries… a deep brown color (we thought they were sweet potato fries) and they tasted like they were reheated from the day before… we left them all.

03/06/2026: A wonderful discovery! The food was excellent and plentiful. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The place is steeped in history. The ingredients are sourced from local producers. We will definitely return and highly recommend it.
