Brasserie Vosgienne sur Troyes

Break for tea and coffee. It would be nice to have one pot of tea per cup and not sharing with several people.

Stopped for a quick lunch on a long drive across France, choosing it because it looked nice from the outside. Inside it's like stepping back into the late 70s/early 80s with lots of gold, marble, and mirrors everywhere - it's amazing. Lunch menu was typically French: croque Monsieur/Madame, omelettes, sandwiches, etc. We had a selection of dishes and all were very tasty, cooked perfectly, and decent portions. The house wine was fine and they also had a decent selection of beers. Service was attentive but Gallicly unhurried! I imagine it's way more bustling in summer and the outdoor seating looked like it would be very pleasant to while away and afternoon. Would very happily eat here again.

Hot chocolate on a very cold afternoon, croque-monsieur for a little hunger, efficient service. Well located brewery.

An impeccable coffee break and fresh squeezed orange juice. This place is very clean and the service is welcoming.
