No easel, why? Because the employees don't want to serve? Dirty trays... what a shame...

McDonald's not very clean (the toilets were filthy despite the access code). It took forever to be served (even though it was 4 PM, with only 5 people waiting for their orders, I waited 17 minutes for cold fries, soggy nuggets, and a wrap with a rock-hard crepe 🤦‍♂️). I'm usually nice when I give reviews, but this place was just atrocious 😅

I ordered with table service, went downstairs to check if my order was being prepared, and heard employees grumbling because they had to go upstairs to drop off the order. They might as well disable table service. I ordered a burger without salad and got salad; I paid for fries with cheddar and bacon and didn't get any bacon. They should let me know if they were out of bacon. Anyway...

A rather unique and extremely popular place, but the service was efficient and friendly despite the crowds.

We stopped by at 11 PM today on our way home from vacation. We ordered a large box of nuggets and four drinks. The service was extremely fast, the nuggets were piping hot, the dining area and restrooms were spotless, and the staff were very friendly and pleasant. While my experience wasn't entirely consistent with all the other reviews I've seen, when things go well, it's important to mention it!

Hello, I went to McDonald's tonight. They forgot several things in my order: my large fries with my McChicken meal, the drinks in the kids' meal (I ordered iced tea and they gave me Coke), and when I ordered chicken nuggets and they gave me a hamburger, I ordered chicken nuggets separately. They also gave me veggie nuggets. They need to double-check their orders. I don't know if I'll ever go back.

Not cozy and not very friendly. A lot of young people just hang around in the restaurant.

The burgers and wraps are very good. For me, it's the best McDonald's in Troyes and the surrounding area. The fries are excellent! God only knows how many terrible fries I've eaten... The only downside is the wait time... We go there often and we wait at least 20 minutes each time, if not longer. You can't really call it fast food.

Quick Hamburger Restaurant

02/10/2026: I don't understand why Quick isn't more popular; it's just as good and efficient as other fast food chains. I recommend it; you won't be disappointed, especially if you order the rustic fries and/or the cordon bleu burger.
02/10/2026: I really want to leave a very, very positive review for Nolan, who works at Quick. Someone like him deserves to be praised and recognized! Nolan is lovely, always smiling, welcoming, and very professional. He takes the time to properly care for customers, with great kindness and respect. You can really tell he loves his job and does everything he can to ensure customers have a good experience. His welcome, good humor, and attentiveness truly make a difference. It's so pleasant to encounter someone so friendly and dedicated to their work. 👏 Well done to Nolan for his professionalism and kindness! He sincerely deserves to be commended by management. Employees like him give Quick an excellent image. I will definitely be back, and I hope Nolan knows that his work and attitude are truly appreciated.
