I ordered with table service, went downstairs to check if my order was being prepared, and heard employees grumbling because they had to go upstairs to drop off the order. They might as well disable table service. I ordered a burger without salad and got salad; I paid for fries with cheddar and bacon and didn't get any bacon. They should let me know if they were out of bacon. Anyway...

We stopped by at 11 PM today on our way home from vacation. We ordered a large box of nuggets and four drinks. The service was extremely fast, the nuggets were piping hot, the dining area and restrooms were spotless, and the staff were very friendly and pleasant. While my experience wasn't entirely consistent with all the other reviews I've seen, when things go well, it's important to mention it!

Hello, I went to McDonald's tonight. They forgot several things in my order: my large fries with my McChicken meal, the drinks in the kids' meal (I ordered iced tea and they gave me Coke), and when I ordered chicken nuggets and they gave me a hamburger, I ordered chicken nuggets separately. They also gave me veggie nuggets. They need to double-check their orders. I don't know if I'll ever go back.

The burgers and wraps are very good. For me, it's the best McDonald's in Troyes and the surrounding area. The fries are excellent! God only knows how many terrible fries I've eaten...
The only downside is the wait time... We go there often and we wait at least 20 minutes each time, if not longer. You can't really call it fast food.

Positive:
Crowded, but despite that, the fries were nice and crispy and hot, unlike most McDonald's.
The hamburger was lukewarm.
Fast service.
Negative:
On the ground floor, only one toilet and scalding hot water at the sink. (There are supposedly toilets upstairs too, worth checking...)
A bit confused at the self-service kiosk because there was no sign, but they asked for the kiosk number anyway.
Overall, very good considering it was the Fête de la Musique (Music Festival) and very crowded, but still, the service was fast, good, and hot 😉
