While passing through Troyes, I worked at another McDonald's, and I was quite pleased with my experience at the Troyes McDonald's, which received a warm welcome. The McDonald's is very clean, the staff is pleasant, and I plan to return someday. I would like to thank the young woman dressed in gray who was very kind to me.

We go there occasionally with the kids when we want something quick; it's definitely convenient. However, the restaurant looks really dated… the booths are worn, giving it a somewhat neglected feel, which is a shame for a place like this. The staff is decent, nothing to report. Ultimately, it does the job when there aren't many alternatives or at certain times, but otherwise we prefer to go somewhere else.
