Très belle façade typiquement alsacienne avec l intérieur également. Cuisine du terroir avec du goût. Service rapide. Prix correct.

We were cold. A 50 cl pitcher in the wine-growing area costs 30 euros and no bottle for less than 40 euros seems to be excessive prices.

We arrived at this restaurant by chance. We wanted to eat sauerkraut. Very warm welcome, excellent sauerkraut. I'm not even talking about dessert, an excellent blueberry pie and a lemon meringue pie, killer. Recommended - Cuisine with local products.

Restaurant with typical Alsatian food with reasonable prices, in line with those usual in this area. The food is good...just like that, but the cold inside the place is horrible, it makes it very difficult to eat at that temperature. Everyone eating with coats and scarves in a closed place is not normal.

The food was just OK, I felt the staff were a bit rude but they must have been tired. Where we were sitting it was across the door and it was freezing

Typical Alsatian food, which was good and abundant, although it took a long time to bring us the dishes. I have to say that the waitress apologized several times for the delay. The problem is that it is very very cold in the place which prevents you from enjoying the food. There were people eating with coats on and every time they opened the door, a cold draft came in.... On the other hand, the place is small and the tables are very close together.

This is the right place to taste good Alsatian cuisine. The service is efficient. Victim of its success we had to eat outside.

Bonne adresse à Kaysersberg. On a bien mangé. L'accueil est très agréable et le personnel très sympathique et aimable. Les plats sont très copieux et délicieux.

13/12/2024: Friendly for tourists The snails are not incredible, defrosted and therefore the sauce very watery, without fat. Very good garnished sauerkraut, for big eater the 6 meats is not too much.
10/12/2024: Good welcome. Friendly staff who know the compositions of the dishes. Excellent winemaker's salad. Hearty sauerkraut and refined dessert all on the local menu. Good value for money.

Restaurant Hassenforder

15/12/2024: A restaurant worthy of Alsatian hospitality! After a short stroll in Kayserberg, we stopped at the Hassenforder house for lunch. The service was impeccable, and above all, the meal was exceptional! A sweet sauerkraut, not acidic, and a gargantuan shank! You can go there with your eyes closed, everything is good for a reasonable price given the quality! I would come back here with great pleasure.
14/12/2024: Well-stocked sauerkraut. Attentive and pleasant staff. Jarret and his delicious frozen kuglof POTATOes, a marvel
