We eat here yesterday traditional food and some Wines and have a great evening. They have blankets for guest the sit outside.

One word: GREAT! Trout rösti is killer and the gourmet coffee lives up to its name 😋 Very good address that we frequent every time we stay in Alsace.

We ordered beer shank, blue cheese and roast ham rosti, the profiterole with vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce and two beers. Everything is very good, especially the knuckle and the profiterole, a spectacle. The beers are a little expensive but like in all of France. €64 the bill. Very good option to eat in Kaysersberg.

Bonne adresse à Kaysersberg. On a bien mangé. L'accueil est très agréable et le personnel très sympathique et aimable. Les plats sont très copieux et délicieux.

We hebben hier een late lunch genoten bestaande uit een Quiche Lorraine, Tarte Flambee en een huisgemaakte Rosti met zalm. Alles uitstekend bereid en vergezeld van een prachtige lokale Pinot Gris uit Kaysersberg. De service was correct.

13/12/2024: Friendly for tourists The snails are not incredible, defrosted and therefore the sauce very watery, without fat. Very good garnished sauerkraut, for big eater the 6 meats is not too much.
10/12/2024: Good welcome. Friendly staff who know the compositions of the dishes. Excellent winemaker's salad. Hearty sauerkraut and refined dessert all on the local menu. Good value for money.

Restaurant Hassenforder

15/12/2024: A restaurant worthy of Alsatian hospitality! After a short stroll in Kayserberg, we stopped at the Hassenforder house for lunch. The service was impeccable, and above all, the meal was exceptional! A sweet sauerkraut, not acidic, and a gargantuan shank! You can go there with your eyes closed, everything is good for a reasonable price given the quality! I would come back here with great pleasure.
14/12/2024: Well-stocked sauerkraut. Attentive and pleasant staff. Jarret and his delicious frozen kuglof POTATOes, a marvel
