An exceptional gastronomic experience. L’Alchémille delighted us with its nature-inspired cuisine, brought to life by a passionate and engaging chef.
More than just a meal, it was a true gastronomic journey through our environment, its plants and flavors, enhanced with great finesse and creativity.
A warm welcome and an authentic atmosphere made us feel wonderfully at ease.

A Michelin-starred restaurant that sets the bar incredibly high.
It all begins with foraging alongside the chef, who takes us along the paths to discover the edible flowers, leaves, and fruits that will later grace our plates.
The chef embodies the spirit of the establishment he has built: warm, generous, and exacting.
All of this is reflected in the quality of the numerous dishes, which are truly unique, and in the impeccable, friendly service. It will now be difficult to dine at any other restaurant for fear of being disappointed.

It was our first true French fine dining experience - simply AMAZING!!! We had a 3 course menu - felt like a 5! We enjoyed every bite of it~ The fresh and local ingredients were perfect!
