A sensational menu that appeals to all the senses and more than deserves the green Michelin star with exciting wine accompaniment with a wide variety of flavors. An extremely enjoyable evening with many culinary surprises!

Here is a chef who cultivates his difference and his passion both in the vegetable garden and in his kitchen! He makes us discover the rich taste of wild herbs and plants! Appetizers, starters, fish, meats, desserts, final treats, everything is subject to combining herbaceous flavors new to most of us. The result is very successful on the palate. It's a shame that the lighting for dinner consists of a simple table lamp because it is low-level lighting which does not highlight the presentation of the dishes and the subtle color combinations. The visual pleasure essential (in my eyes...) to the culinary tastings was therefore insufficient and we said to ourselves that it would be better to come for lunch. In any case, the chef fully deserves his Michelin star and his green star! We recommend!

Lovely restaurant with a great philosophy. Everything that you eat it comes from their garden. Richness in the flavours but simplicity in the ingredients.

A very nice experience. The staff was accessible and accompanied us very well throughout the tasting. The meal was, in addition to being served in tasteful artisanal dishes, incredible from start to finish. A very good address to celebrate a special occasion.

An unforgettable dining experience! We had the most lovely dinner at L’Alchémille. Everything from the decor to the birdsong music to the presentation of the dishes was incredible. Our waitress was very friendly and endearing. Thank you for making our trip to Alsace so special.

Simply sublime, from start to finish. Smiling welcome, immediately put you in the bath as soon as you enter before sitting down at the table. The decor is refined and discreet. Very cozy atmosphere. Open kitchen (no noise, no words, a very discreet kitchen). In the evening, 2 menus to choose from with wine pairing. The staff is great with customers. The cuisine is absolutely delicious, refined and above all contains great discoveries. The products are of the highest freshness, and Jérôme knows how to showcase them. For the sea and wine pairing I found the price a little excessive especially since it is per person. But that said, I tasted wines that I would not have taken from the menu. Thanks to the sommelier. The restaurant pays tribute to regional values and heritage, emphasizing local produce and nature. All ingredients are cultivated on-site and meticulously selected, allowing dinners to savour sophisticated preparations that push boundaries. Having opted for the six-course menu with a wine flight, the diverse herb-centric dishes showcase careful preparation for a balanced dining experience. While the overall experience is positive, firstly there was a hidden cost to a mushroom dish offered by the staff. Secondly, and this happens quite often with restaurants that are pushing the boundaries and cooking methods, flavours shouldn't get compromised.
