Excellent restaurant, top-notch service from start to finish! We were there as a family with my grandmother, and they did everything they could to help her get into the restaurant easily. The portions were very generous and delicious! Special mention for the homemade tart for dessert.

The waitresses were very friendly. The food is much worse than before (the sauerkraut was a bit acidic, the sausages very greasy). Luckily, the dessert made up for it. What a shame.

Generous and well-presented portions. A very good meal at this restaurant. The waitresses are pleasant but a bit scattered; our dishes weren't brought to us and were given to another table. It wasn't a big deal as we weren't in a hurry, but no compensation was offered when the bill arrived. You can go there without hesitation; it's very good.

We went to Hassenforder Restaurant today for a beer and a tarte flambée. We sat outside and received very friendly service. They even speak German, which we only found out afterwards 😊 The tarte flambée was really delicious. At €14, it was a bit pricey, but otherwise everything was fine. Very friendly staff and a great place.

03/07/2026: The dishes were of very good quality. I had a 300g ribeye steak that I devoured, and my partner had an excellent forest rösti, although we felt it was a bit small for €22.50. The wine list is extensive, and the local produce is something we really appreciated. However, we had a slight issue with the service. We had to ask three times for a carafe of water, and we suspected the waiter at our table was overwhelmed. One of his colleagues quickly came to his aid and served us promptly after taking over. Overall, the meal, the quality of the food, and the service were, in our opinion, very reasonable.

23/06/2026: We came this Tuesday, June 23rd, for our daughter's 18th birthday at lunchtime and we were absolutely delighted. What a beautiful establishment! A wonderful welcome, original, succulent, and refreshing dishes… accompanied by lovely wines perfectly paired with the food… We discovered your cuisine at the pop-up restaurant during the Salt Marsh Festival in Soultzmatt and wanted to extend our experience for a special occasion… congratulations to your entire team! 👍👌🤩🤩🤩
24/05/2026: An exceptional evening for a very special birthday! We were at L’Alchémille in Kaysersberg last night to celebrate my husband’s birthday. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by this exceptional place: an elegant and welcoming setting, both modern and respectful of the surrounding nature. The service was simply perfect: friendly, warm, precise, and highly professional. The staff are attentive, discreet when necessary, and always available, with that Alsatian "verbindlich" touch that immediately puts you at ease. As for the food, it’s a true culinary journey. The dishes are meticulously prepared, innovative, and delicate, while beautifully showcasing local produce. You can taste the work of Chef Jérôme Jaegle and his love for nature: a wonderful discovery of new scents and flavors thanks to the remarkable use of aromatic herbs and seasonal ingredients. Each bite is a pleasant surprise, refined and full of creativity, without ever being overdone. We had a magical evening, worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant that truly deserves its reputation. A gastronomic experience that combines elegance, authenticity, and emotion. We will definitely be back!
