The flammekueche was very good, however the Munster spätzle weren't creamy enough. I think they were a little overcooked. Good service.

April 7, 2026. Passing through Kaysersberg in our campervan, we had dinner at this restaurant. A very warm welcome. Very fast service despite a full house. Very good prices. The ham hock and tarte flambée were delicious. I highly recommend it.
