We had a pancake with mushrooms and escalope.
The escalope is great, a little salty. But delicious.
And the escalope is excellent.
Highly recommended.

Excellent restaurant, generous portions and reasonable prices. I recommend the calf's head for those who enjoy it. A very good wine list and excellent recommendations from the waiter.

Excellent restaurant. The Munster cheese tarte flambée was generous, the kidneys in cream and mushroom sauce served with homemade fries and spätzle, very tasty vegetables, and the rösti paysan was delicious. We'll definitely be back and highly recommend it.

An impressive wine list featuring rare and exceptional Alsatian wines, a truly excellent restaurant, delicious and generous Alsatian dishes, a warm welcome, efficient service, and no long waits like often found in busy restaurants. Many dishes are prepared using local products, for example, a high-quality homemade foie gras. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. It's worth noting that the service is continuous. I highly recommend it.

We enjoyed restaurant Bratschall very much: lovely authentic food, made with love and devotion. It shows that the owners our proud and take honour in exploiting the restaurant. Very well done. Good uncomplicated fresh food. All prepared with experience and dedication👌😊. We visited 2 times during our holiday in Kaysersberg and trully recommandable. (Annemarie en Martijn van Vlodorp).

A very good restaurant with delicious, high-quality cuisine. We had a lovely time and the service was friendly. The only slight drawback is that the prices are a bit high. A very good place nonetheless.
