Great and nice restaurant in authentic building The staff are nice and friendly, we have ordered La Flambees, burger and some kind of pasta All three was tasty I recommend this restaurant will be back definitely later when I come to this village

Discovered this place at lunchtime today, the menu is better than that of a wine cellar in the same village, the food is excellent in both quality and quantity, and the prices are very reasonable. I will definitely return.

We stayed in Kaysersberg for four days and ate at Bratschall Manala for three consecutive nights. The welcome is warm, the setting is very pleasant, and the food is exceptional. Everything is delicious, well-presented, and plentiful. The desserts are to die for... Blueberry tart, rum baba (made with homemade infused rum), and they pour the rum right at your table. The staff is welcoming and attentive.

We had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant in November 2025 during the Christmas market. We received a very warm welcome from a professional receptionist at the entrance, as well as from the waitstaff. We enjoyed our meal and were able to have dessert on the terrace. We brought our dog with us, and the welcome was very friendly and respectful towards animals. The atmosphere is welcoming and friendly. Don't hesitate to go! :)

21/04/2026: The flammekueche was very good, however the Munster spätzle weren't creamy enough. I think they were a little overcooked. Good service.
