Bratschall Manala sur Kaysersberg

The dishes were of very good quality. I had a 300g ribeye steak that I devoured, and my partner had an excellent forest rösti, although we felt it was a bit small for €22.50. The wine list is extensive, and the local produce is something we really appreciated. However, we had a slight issue with the service. We had to ask three times for a carafe of water, and we suspected the waiter at our table was overwhelmed. One of his colleagues quickly came to his aid and served us promptly after taking over. Overall, the meal, the quality of the food, and the service were, in our opinion, very reasonable.

From the starter (Alsatian-style snails) to the Münster rösti, it was amazing! I highly recommend it. Exceptional

A nice traditionel restaurant but with a few vegetarian dishes and a few salads. Their rösti in particular are recommandable. Their fruit tarts were really delicious.

We had a decent meal. A large manala salad, raw vegetables, chicken, and goat cheese rosti, which was a bit dry. The sorbets were very good. Only the young women serving that day were very friendly, smiling, and responsive—very pleasant indeed. The bill was a bit high.

The place to be! A superb discovery at Bratschall Manala! The meal was exceptional from start to finish. The ham hock was perfectly prepared, tender and flavorful, while the kidneys were simply excellent, cooked with great skill. The portions are very generous, and you leave completely satisfied. The service also deserves a special mention: warm, attentive, and very professional. Between the quality of the dishes, the generous portions, and the impeccable service, this restaurant is a real gem that I recommend without hesitation.

I've been to a lot of restaurants, and I thought my wife made the best tarte flambée. But since visiting Bratschall Manala, she's met her match. I'd love to have the recipe for that tarte flambée dough. I've never eaten such an incredibly delicious tarte flambée. All the ingredients were incredibly fresh. So if you're ever in the Kaysersberg area, please, please go to this restaurant. The staff are super friendly and nice. The food and drinks arrived very quickly. And the atmosphere in the restaurant is exactly what you imagine Alsace and France to be like. Absolutely recommended. For dessert, we had a crème brûlée and a craquelin. Both were a taste sensation. The craquelin was crispy on top and totally soft and moist inside. The cream filling was simply divine. I've never experienced such a pure, creamy chocolate flavor. Absolutely 3-star cuisine. And I would still like the recipe for the tarte flambée dough.
