My Proust madeleine. As soon as I arrive in Tours, I rush to buy a brioche, often finished before reaching the end of rue de Bordeaux 😋. It has now become a family ritual.

The most delicious chocolate I ate during my tour, I bought it before noon it spent the day in my bag being crushed and despite everything it was still very delicious, they are so good that the bakery closes one day Once they sold everything, it goes quickly!

I didn't know the place when I arrived. I think I ate the best brioche of my life for a very, very affordable price! I highly recommend you go there.
