This brioche shop just a stone's throw from the station is part of the history of the city of Tours. An unmissable place, especially for expatriate Touraine residents who return to this city, and who want to take a time-based taste journey. I especially recommend the chocolate chip buns.

I ate the brioche au chocolate here and found it very fluffy and perfectly balanced in sweetness. The crust is a bit dull in taste, which can certainly be overcome by whipping up a jam sick. Overall great, worth every double point!

When I come to Tours I have to pick up a little filled brioche. The best brioche in Tours. Seeing all the negative comments I have the impression that people are waiting to see a KFC open... we can't like this brioche but giving 1 star is overkill... Thank you for still being present, we need our small, authentic merchants with good brioche 😀
