Exceptional experience as always! Excellent food and wine pairing. Favorite last night for the revisit of “Bloody Mary”!

Lunch with family of 6 people. The restaurant and staff are top of the range, and this is reflected in the price and quantities. We ate the can and the lean and both were perfectly cooked and prepared. The only comments we would have to make are not on quality but on organization in order to improve the offer: - expand the range of non-alcoholic drinks (only water as a soft drink). - on the starter only a choice between two fish (crab and tuna).

Disappointed ! 3rd time in this beautiful establishment and my first 2 were surprising and interesting. Unfortunately this has not been repeated this time. Cuisine: a unique menu focused on seafood and only the sea, a risky bet and especially for customers who do not necessarily like it. Amuse bouche of a rather large oyster style n10 or 9 with cucumber juice, it opens the ball boldly but without culinary surprises. In short, a rather good and balanced meal but no sensations or excitement for the taste buds. Really a shame! Service: Rather classic, around ten place settings for 2 may not be enough to ensure wine service...customers reserve on their own... I rarely comment on restaurants that I don't like, but if I do so it's because I really liked this very beautiful establishment simply so that I can analyze and question certain choices.

L'ambiance est froide, le chef ne sort pas de sa cuisine malgré les tarifs. pas de mise en bouche à par une grosse huître difficile à manger... les mises en bouche arrivent avant l'apéritif, les alliances de goûts sont parfois maladroites, les desserts ne sont pas gourmands... nous sommes déçus .

Excellence made simple. Lots of fun with appetizers, starters, main courses, desserts and sweets. Everything is fine, beautiful and good. The wines listed were excellent and the service very pleasant. Brut is a place as refined as it is simple, where you immediately feel at ease. Sincere compliments to the team.

Très belle soirée au BRUT dans un cadre enchanteur avec des mets sublimes et un service impeccable…. En repérage pour le mariage de notre fille et vraiment un coup de cœur ! Le chef et sa brigade mérite vraiment une distinction dans les guides connus et reconnus.
