27/09/2026: A reputation that no longer lives up to the Mongelli name. What a shame, I used to love it. But our visit on September 26th was a huge disappointment: we were served too quickly, the crust was thick and undercooked, and the cheese wasn't melted; the pizza was bland, and my friend's vegetables were swimming in their own juices. So disappointing, I won't be recommending it. Plus, the street lighting is minimal. The entrance is anonymous. There's no accessibility for people with disabilities. Domi

12/10/2026: As part of Breizh en Oc's 25th anniversary celebration at Le Phare in Tournefeuille, this crêperie was providing the crêpes and galettes. We ordered galettes saucisses, a classic, and were very disappointed! The sausages were overcooked and therefore dry, and the galette had a cardboard-like texture... In short, we regretted the €5 we paid for this "cold turkey." The sweet crêpes were better, but nothing exceptional. When the Breizh en Oc volunteers were in charge of the food, it was delicious. I would not recommend this crêperie.

15/09/2026: I ordered 2 pizzas and a drink which simply never arrived at my home, after waiting for an hour I decided to call them around 9:45-10pm but got no answer even after calling about fifteen times even though the closing time indicated 10:30pm.

21/09/2026: Good fast food restaurant preparing orders

21/09/2026: A very bad experience. I rarely go because I only go to treat the children. Every time, there's no sauce; we have to ask for it. The extras aren't included but are still charged and paid for. Whatever you do, don't order any extras if you go to this McDonald's! They take the sandwich back, rummage through it, and then try to force you to eat it. They're liars; they claim to have included the extras, but when you ask them about the size of the bacon or cheddar slices they added, they tell you two long pieces. I can guarantee that's false. It's very unpleasant to have to resort to the internet for this kind of negative feedback and the need to warn others. It would be much nicer to be able to write that the place is pleasant and that we can let our children go there with complete confidence, but that's not the case. Don't let your kids go to this McDonald's alone, because I was thinking that if it had been a 14-year-old, they would have had to take back their rummaged-through sandwich or simply not be able to say anything about the extras. The manager, who was trying to impress me with her title 🙄, then told me she would make me a new sandwich, cut it in half, and only give me half (you never know, maybe my hidden agenda was to get a free burger from her)...see the illustration of their service 😂🤣 They steal from you, and when confronted, they offer to cut the sandwich in half. I'm curious to know who would have been served the other half! They certainly would have eaten it 🙄. I told them they could do as they pleased, but that I would come and share my observations here. I finally received a full sandwich with real extras; it was a world apart from the first sandwich, after struggling for 30 minutes, which compromised my child's enjoyment of the meal. And what about the unnecessary waste? A burger destined for the bin just because they tried to skimp on the ingredients in this era of droughts and food waste reduction—it's appalling. I had nothing to gain by complaining, seeing this waste, and wasting my time and energy instead of enjoying my child, but I did it because it's the second time in a row this has happened. I won't be going back, especially knowing there's a McDonald's right next door, a 5-minute drive away in the Bernadet shopping center, with excellent service. I was at that one because my child had chosen it.

31/05/2026: The café is ideally located, with a pleasant covered terrace and a warm interior. The coffee is good. The bar could do with some attention to hygiene; it quickly becomes a bit of a greasy spoon.

01/03/2026: Having eaten there occasionally, I've noticed a significant change in the flavor of the food. The dishes are rather bland and could have used a bit more seasoning. I was disappointed, even though the price remains very reasonable.
