Very good until the dessert which was a little strange :D But hey it was an experience and that's what we come to look for in this type of establishment.

Friendly welcome, attentive service without being stuffy, taking into account everyone's tastes. All the dishes are very good, some just sublime and totally unexpected: Red mullet fillets with a magical sauce, nasturtium ice cream and its accompaniment and dessert with such surprising undergrowth flavors. A real and lovely discovery.

Only one thing to say: “flawless” Absolutely worth discovering, friendly staff in the dining room, the menu traveling to 7 stops with wine pairing was sublime. We recommend this establishment and congratulations to the chef and his entire kitchen team.

Excellent gourmet dinner... For us, it well deserves a star (next year we hope!) We traveled along the "journey in 7 stages" with great pleasure, sometimes astonishment. A true experience for the senses! The team is attentive and truly passionate... All this in a very pleasant setting (large armchairs, large spaced tables). The garden is incredible. We will come back in nice weather to eat outside! THANKS!

Excellent cuisine, original just enough, with perfect pairings, high quality service and an interesting wine pairing even if I think it is a little below the cuisine (Anjou red too consensual). Well done ! Deserves a Michelin star without a doubt…
