Excellent value for money. We dined outside in a charming setting. The staff were attentive and friendly. The cuisine was delicious and modern. We will return and recommend this restaurant.

The setting is magnificent and the food is delicious. The concept of discovering the dishes as the meal unfolds, without knowing the menu in advance, is a wonderful experience that offers a genuine sense of surprise. However, a few aspects could be improved to fully live up to the establishment's reputation. The service, in particular, seemed inconsistent. We were served by several different servers, two of whom appeared relatively inexperienced. For example, the presentation of an amuse-bouche was limited to: "It's pasta with ricotta," which is rather disappointing in a restaurant of this caliber. On several occasions, plates were cleared or cutlery added as we walked by, with little apology or consideration. At this price point, one expects not only high-quality cuisine, but also impeccable service and a true appreciation of the dishes. Finally, a few presentation details could be improved: some plates and ramekins were chipped, and the head waiter served the champagne with a dish towel that didn't exactly convey a sense of cleanliness. These are minor details, but they contribute to the overall image of a fine dining establishment. Despite these remarks, we had a very enjoyable time thanks to the quality of the food and the ambiance.

A very good experience, the staff were very friendly and attentive, and the setting (outdoors) was magnificent. I deducted one star for the food because I found the price per meal a bit high, even though we ate very well. I think the price includes the setting, which is truly splendid.

As a regular at this establishment, I once again enjoyed a very pleasant lunchtime in this restaurant with its exceptional setting. I enjoyed an excellent glass of regional wine, recommended by the sommelier, followed by a three-course meal (starter, main, dessert), amuse-bouches, and petits fours—all of excellent quality and with flavors rarely found elsewhere, especially at this price. Well done, keep it up!

My partner and I had a wonderful time. The setting is fantastic, a modern style with Japanese touches that captivates you from the moment you enter. The servers are courteous and professional, guiding us through a shaded pavilion overlooking a beautifully maintained garden during the summer. The setting alone is an appetizer for the meal! Note that if you're a mosquito magnet like me, the servers can bring you repellent. No more bites after that! The theme of the meal is surprising: you know the tune but not the melody. The idea is to not know the contents of the meal in advance. You let yourself be carried away by the excitement of discovering what's coming next, and you discover everything as it's served: the visuals, the contents, the flavors. Rather than having expectations about the tastes, you let yourself be guided by your interpretation of the moment. All the ingredients are fresh and flavorful, and the harmony of the flavors leaves you wondering how such a refined result is achieved. We highly recommend it. This restaurant is only "Brut" in name; it was its gentleness that charmed us. One of our favorites! We'll be back.

We regularly organize lunches for you, and we found the quality to be average on this particular day. The bottled water was at room temperature, not cold at all; the wine was warm and must have been chilled for a while; the tuna appetizer had a very strong flavor, and not everyone at the table seemed to enjoy it. The desserts and amuse-bouches should have been served fresh. We were a large group, and the chef must have prepared these dishes in advance, so nothing was served fresh. Furthermore, the coffee was served lukewarm, and some cups were stained with spilled coffee. Overall, for a restaurant of your caliber, we expected better.

Excellent cuisine, the dishes are beautiful and delicious. And the setting is magnificent.
