Pleasant place, very cute garden. Food was quite good. However, €9 for a carafe of water seems a bit expensive to me.

It was my first time at this restaurant! I'd heard so much about it, and what's more, I walked past it every day… until the day I finally had the chance to eat there. 😍 And honestly, I 100% recommend it! From the welcome to the dessert, everything was perfect. 👌 🍽️ Food: amazing! 🙌 Service: amazing! ✨ Atmosphere: amazing! A wonderful discovery, and above all, an experience I wouldn't hesitate to repeat. I highly recommend it! ❤️

We chose Restaurant Brut to celebrate our wedding anniversary in early August, and the setting was perfectly suited to such a special occasion. Dining on the terrace is a truly delightful experience, nestled between the garden and the small stream that runs through the property. The cuisine is decidedly gastronomic and aims to surprise, both in terms of flavors and the presentation of the dishes, with a beautiful use of color and contrast. The portions may seem small individually, but with the seven-course tasting menu, you leave feeling more than satisfied. For wine lovers, the wine pairings are an excellent choice and add a real dimension to the meal. We also greatly appreciated how the team can adapt certain dishes to accommodate allergies or dietary restrictions without compromising the overall experience. A truly wonderful restaurant in Toulouse, located in a quiet, easily accessible neighborhood with relatively easy parking. A unique gastronomic experience that we thoroughly enjoyed.

A restaurant with a modern and refined atmosphere, perfect for a pleasant meal. The servers are friendly and professional. The dishes are sophisticated in both presentation and taste. The surprise menus reveal the dishes gradually, adding an element of curiosity to each course. We'll definitely return to explore the outdoor terrace, nestled amidst beautiful greenery.

A wonderful experience at BRUT restaurant. We dined outdoors, and the setting is truly magnificent: a small stream provides privacy from the road, and the Japanese-inspired garden is particularly beautiful. The only slight drawback was the mosquitoes, which were very present during the first part of the meal. Fortunately, the staff provides repellent—an almost essential step to fully enjoy the rest of the evening! The service is extremely pleasant, with a smiling, attentive, and very friendly team. The pace is perfectly managed, allowing you to enjoy your meal at a leisurely pace, without ever feeling rushed. The dishes were delicious, with seasonal cuisine and a well-balanced menu. The overall price seemed perhaps a little high, but you are clearly paying for the setting and the overall experience. Thank you to the entire team for this wonderful time!

The setting is superb; you eat on the terrace by the river under large trees in a well-maintained garden. The service is adequate, sometimes a little slow but always polite. As for the food... be aware before you come that you won't have a choice of menu items, as the restaurant's concept is to "surprise" its customers. We checked the website beforehand, and perhaps this should be stated more clearly. So we were surprised... and very disappointed. The four-course menu consisted of: soy-marinated vegetables (an unbalanced dish with too many pickles), cassoulet Brut-style (good but lacking a bit of texture), duck breast with apricot jam (delicious, but it's a shame to have duck twice...), and for dessert, cucumber granita with basil-flavored fromage blanc (promising, but the combination of cucumber and sweet crumble wasn't very successful). We would have preferred to have the menu and be able to choose between two options at each course. An exception was the amuse-bouche, which was absolutely delicious (a very light hummus, the best we'd ever tasted), as were the petit fours. We still had a good time, thanks to the beautiful setting.
