We recently ate at Bubble Café in Juan-les-Pins, Antibes, and enjoyed the experience. The cafe has a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, combined with good food it makes it a must try. We started with the bubble waffle drizzled with chocolate—crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, perfectly balanced with the sweetness of the chocolate drizzle. We also enjoyed a ham and cheese sandwich, served with a side salad. The sandwich and the salad is a nice option. What’s unique is the Bubble waffles, also known as “egg waffles” are named for their distinctive shape. The batter is poured into a special mold that creates small, spherical bubbles or pockets within the waffle, giving it its unique look and texture. Quite cool! Bubble Café has a good location. Located in the lively area of Juan-les-Pins, it’s just a short stroll away from the stunning Mediterranean beaches, perfect for a relaxing walk after a meal. The café is also surrounded by great shopping, dining, and entertainment options for a local or a tourist.

One of my guilty pleasures on our trips is a bubble waffle. Can not get in Alabama and most of the other places we visit within the states. Soooo I look for them we we travel. Passed this one a few days before but had not eaten anything solid yet. Went back today, and wow, it was great. I tried the kinder special with pistachio ice cream. Again, wow. Was amazing. And a note I have had pistachio ice cream before, but this was probably the best I have tasted. Was not expecting that from a waffle place. Not head to find. Can sit inside or outside and thecome.to.you to your table vs. having to stand in line. Will try the bubble tea next time. Looked good.

We opted to do a pitstop at this resto for lunch with No regrets !! Quick seating ! Outdoors or ( indoors with A/C) Menu easy to read and our order was off to the kitchen ! Burger was made with love ! Seasoned and cooked to perfection ! See picture! The saumon bagels were made with great portions ! Salade was fresh ! Bubble teas were excellent too ! I highly recommend this hidden gem ! Open until 10PM non stop !! We’re coming back !! For dessert!!
