Bubble Fever sur Paris

05/02/2026: A must-visit for Parisian coffee and brunch lovers. The lunch menu offers a perfectly executed take on classic dishes: croque-monsieur, croque-madame, egg mayonnaise… Nothing flashy, everything is prepared with care and quality ingredients. You can feel the attention to detail, from the quality of the bread to the perfectly cooked egg. The atmosphere is relaxed and cozy, in an elegant setting typical of Paris's finest neighborhoods. Ideal for a meeting or for settling in with your laptop and working in peace. The service is discreet and efficient. The coffee, of course, is excellent; this is a roastery that has mastered its craft for generations. The selection of beans is carefully curated, and the baristas know how to highlight each origin. One of my new go-to spots to start the day or hold a meeting in a pleasant setting. I highly recommend it.

02/02/2026: Delicious salad with green lentils and hummus. The French toast and waffle looked exquisite. Great place for a meal or coffee.
