Bubble Ramen sur Rennes

What a surprise it was to discover this little restaurant! Greeted by a very friendly team, we had a wonderful meal! It was the best donburi we've ever had! The ramen was delicious! We especially appreciated that all the ingredients were fresh and local! The toppings, made with seasonal vegetables, were delicious. It's a welcome change from those restaurants that offer bland, standardized ramen and other dishes! Here, they have a real passion for food! Well done!

Fantastic! From start to finish, for Valentine's Day, my boyfriend and I ordered a pork ramen dish with a side of rice and duck (donburi). Everything was excellent! Honestly, I was blown away. Later, after a small gourmet coffee with tahini, the taste and quality were still there! I highly recommend it, especially since the atmosphere was calm, warm, and welcoming. I recommend it 100%!

Passing through Rennes, we wanted to try this Japanese restaurant… and WOW. The ramen literally transported me to paradise. I've tried tons of it in Lyon, but this… I've never had a broth so flavorful, creamy, and intense. The meat melts in your mouth, and the pickles add a perfect touch of balance. The karaage are soft inside, crispy outside, and most importantly, not greasy. The owner is just lovely. Passionate, welcoming, and funny, we had a wonderful time chatting with her. Honestly, everything was perfect from start to finish. Thank you for this experience 🙏
