We were served by Axelle. Lovely, smiling, and professional... finally, pleasant service at the Buffalo Grill in Beaune!

A lovely family experience. Great service. Axelle was perfect.

The staff had very limited English skills, but the service was attentive. We ordered the ribs and a super-famous burger. The burger was medium as ordered, but unfortunately, it wasn't really hot anymore. The same went for the espresso afterwards.

I highly recommend it; a very pleasant experience, top-notch service, and very friendly, helpful, and attentive waitresses. A big thank you!

I was very hungry, having not eaten since morning. At 8 pm, I received a very warm welcome, and we quickly ordered the Sheriff+ set menus (starter, main course, dessert, and a drink). An hour and a half later, here's the summary: the glass of rosé was lukewarm. For the starter, a plate of cured ham, bread, and a pickle (without butter). Axelle was sorry, but that was it. The steak tartare was decent, and I ordered a glass of red wine, which was served cold. The rosé was warm, the red cold—we are in Beaune, after all. Well, the ice cream/sorbet was good. Three scoops of mixed flavors. Thankfully. In the end, it was a strange result. We had a decent dinner, but I felt disappointed. The younger guests had ordered burgers. I hadn't read the reviews beforehand so as not to be biased, but I should have. We would have been eating Italian food next door. On the positive side, there's significant room for improvement; they'll have to work on it.
